| At the owner's behest, RKH assembled a team of architect, designer and landscape architect. The driveway went in first, then the water system to allow for fire suppression water during construction. This entire estate project was completed in 14 months including all site work, construction, roads, water system, pool, waterfall, landscaping--and the finishes which were designed by the owner, designer, architect and RKH.
